Five Simple Steps to Get You Going
1. Before We Pick and Pack
There are some steps in the order fulfilment process from MYCO:
Register your stock:
You will send us over all your brand SKU data to be uploaded onto our back-office portal for you to have 24-hour access to the information.
Goods In:
You or your manufacturer can send stock directly to our fulfilment centre.
Warehouse and Storage:
Our teams receive your products and organise them in our fulfilment centre and book them into our online portal
2. Customer Buys
You gain a sale online and your website integrates with our operating system where we get your orders come through in real time for processing.
3. Pick and Pack Time
Our team receive a pick list. We Pick & Pack your order securely and safely. Note: If any additional POS is required it will be added at this point.
4. The Next Step: Delivery
After our Pick and Pack service is complete, we send out your parcel using the relevant courier service for that order.
5. Keeping You Up To Date
Our online portal will then be updated and allow you to track your order status, check deliveries, monitor stock levels and sales in real-time.
